In-Home and Small Business Appointment Scheduling
We are now making appointments to schedule on-site work, such as a meter repair or replacement, plumbing inspections, etc.
For scheduling, please contact our Customer Service Department at (315) 792-0301 for pre-screening; you will be asked:
- Have you or anybody else in the premise been confirmed positive for COVID-19?
- Are you or anybody else in the premise currently experiencing, or recently experienced, any acute respiratory illness symptoms such as fever, cough or shortness of breath?
- Have you been in close contact with any persons who has been confirmed positive for COVID-19?
- Have you been in close contact with any persons who have traveled to any current "hot spots" and are also exhibiting acute respiratory illness symptoms? NYS Coronavirus Updates
If the answer is "no" to all the above questions, the appointment may be scheduled.
If the answer is "yes" to any of the above questions, the work visit must be postponed for a quarantine period of at least fourteen (14) days before the customer can be eligible for a rescheduled visit.
When the service person arrives, the above questions will be asked again. If the answer is "no" to all the questions, the appointment will be conducted. If the answer is "yes" to any of the questions, the MVWA employee will not enter the premise. The customer will then need to call and reschedule the appointment.
